After almost 2 years of disrupted activities due to Covid, let's come together again! Glacier Creek PTO is hosting a parent social at Nineteen09 Wine Bar in Cross Plains. If you’re a parent/guardian/teacher of a GCMS student, you’re invited. Let’s take a night to connect and take a load off. PTO will provide snacks. Hope to see you there!
GCMS Scholastic Book Fair
Thu. March 10 - Wed. March 16 / GCMS Library Media Center (LMC)
GCMS Scholastic Book Fair starts this week! Students can go at specified times during the school day and families are welcome on March 10 & 15 conference nights. The Book Fair provides another opportunity for students to get excited about reading and choosing their own quality books, while our school earns rewards. And shoppers' donations to "All About Books" at checkout help us make book vouchers available to students who need them. We still have a few volunteer shifts open if you'd like to help.

Staff Appreciation - Conference Night Refreshments
Sign up to Bring a Pie on March 15!
Glacier Creek PTO coordinates with GCMS Admin to provide refreshments for staff working on Family/Teacher Conference Nights. PTO is sponsoring a sandwich meal on Thursday, and inviting families to donate (baked or bought) pies for Tuesday, March 15.

YTD Update / Seeking Board Members & Chairs for Next Year
THANK YOU to those who attended our virtual Open PTO meeting last month! If you missed it, you can see the presentation slides showing our YTD update, and plans for the remainder of the year, by clicking below or viewing the "Minutes" section of our website. We'll be seeking input from families and teachers/staff in planning for next year, and are currently seeking volunteers for Board Members (VP, Secretary), Chairs (Communications, Book Fair Co-Chair, etc), and team roles. If you're interested in helping, please email PTO to let us know and we'd be happy talk with you! Next open meeting is April, 7, 6:30pm in the GCMS Community Room.
